DGB.community is a non-profit voluntary initiative built to support development and awareness activities of the DigiByte. We provide email addresses to the community to collect donations we share out to the DigiByte Foundation and the DigiByte Awareness Team.
We use global Yandex servers to provide you with @dgb.community email addresses. There are only 1000 mailboxes in total which have unlimited inbox space. Hurry up and get your own before they run out. See the Frequently Asked Questions section for the all details.

Your email address will be activated within 24 hours after you complete the donation. (Most of the case it takes only a few hours) When your mailbox is ready, you will be notified through the contact email you have specified on the CoinPayments page. There is no limit for the email addresses that one person can get. To get more than one email address, simply change the "Item Quantity" section accordingly on the CoinPayments page and specify all email addresses you want to get.
Yes. To subscribe more than one year, simply change the "Item Quantity" section accordingly on the CoinPayments page and specify your multi-year request with the email address you want to get.
No worries, please reach us through contact form and explain what is wrong. We can fix the things for you as soon as possible.
We inform you one week before your subscription ends through email. You can extend your period any time you want. Simply click CoinPayments button and specify your renewal request with your existing email address. Your new subscription period will be added over your remaining period. If you do not extend your subscription on time, your account will be terminated in a week.
Since we are activating email addresses manually, people may request the same address at the same time. In this case, we give the priority to first order and send an mail to other order(s) to choose another address or refund. Also if you donate more than required by mistake, you can request refund by using contact form at the bottom of the page. In both case, we can refund about 95% of your payment due to CoinPayments commission and network fees.
We can proudly say that our main goal is to support development and awareness activities of the DigiByte blockchain. We are doing this by sharing out your donations to the DigiByte Foundation and the DigiByte Awareness Team. We get only a small piece from your donations to cover the domain and server costs.
Your mailbox uses global Yandex servers and it has has unlimited inbox space. You can access your mailbox using Webmail interface, Yandex Mail iOS and Android apps or any email client that supports IMAP protocol. Please remember, you also accept the License Agreement of the Yandex by using a @dgb.community email address.
We send you an email which includes all the necessary configuration information. But if you delete it by mistake you can use the information below;

Your username is always your full email address.
When you get a new email address, we create a temporary password for you and send it to your contact email that you have specified on the CoinPayments page. You must change it at first login on the webmail interface.
